Refund, Return & Replacement Policies
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your purchased items. We will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) form and walk you through the steps.
Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges after the first 10 days. Once an item has been delivered, it cannot be returned for any reason if past this timeframe.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
- Damaged / Broken Upon Arrival
- Parcels that are lost in transit
Note: Happy Trends Outlet will NOT be held liable to any lost, stolen or misrouted parcels.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. International customer is required/must provide phone number.
The following items cannot be Returned or Refunded:
- Book(s) with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS Tape(s), Software, Video Games, Video Game Consoles, Cassette Tape, or Vinyl Record(s) that has been opened
- Costumes, Party Masks or any Seasonal Items
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Shipping Cost for Return Orders Policy
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us within 10 days for Refund ("money back guarantee"). We are NOT responsible for Return Shipping Costs. You must first contact us for Exchange and Return process. We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We are not responsible for any items that are sent back to us without a RMA number. Any product returned without an RMA number will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all Return Shipping Costs.
Return to Sender Packages, Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Attempt
Happy Trends Outlet will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender due to incorrect information on the address or failed attempts made by the shipping company. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct receiving address for the item. Otherwise; the package will not be delivered. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us IMMEDIATELY in order to correct the error. If your order has already been processed within our advertised time-frame (2-4 business days) and shipped with the incorrect address, we will not be held responsible and this will be considered a lost item. In the case of a Return, customer needs to contact us for Return and Shipping instructions.
Happy Trends Outlet will not be responsible for packages that are return to the sender.
In the case that the customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address and the item is delivered, Happy Trends Outlet will not be responsible for the lost item.
Secure Shipping with Tracking
This option Guarantees that your package is insured against loss, damage or missing contents during shipping. To ensure that you are fully protected, we highly recommend that you add Secure Shipping with Tracking to your order.
Secure Shipping with Tracking does NOT cover lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages due to exposure of weather once they have been already delivered as reflected on the carrier’s tracking site.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers can ONLY cancel their order(s) within 24 hours of ordering the product(s) online. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. You will receive a full refund. HOWEVER, once the order has been processed and awaiting shipment / dispatched; the order CANNOT BE CANCELLED, CHANGED, or REFUNDED during this time.
Our order processing timeframe is 2-4 business days. Please Note: A business day is considered every official workday of the week. These are the days between and including Monday through Friday, and do not include public holidays or weekends.
Upon receipt of the package, you may contact us for Order Return instructions. Please note our Refund Policy comes into effect. After receiving your package you can contact us on the first 48 hours to arrange a return/refund (Refund Policy Applies) All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours after order cancellation.
Late or missing refunds
All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours after order cancellation. Once our system has processed your Refund, you will receive a notification via email (sent to the email you entered during your checkout). The precise length of when the refunded amount is deposited back into your account depends on the payment provider you used during your checkout and payment step(e.g. PayPal, credit card company, amazon pay, etc).
In case of a damaged or incorrect item(s)
If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please contact us within 48 hours for our Exchange and Return process (see special notes below). We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Once we receive the product to the address provided by our support team, you may choose for us to send you a new replacement item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a Full Refund. Customer is responsible for Return Shipping costs, unless otherwise as stated in our special notes below.Special Notes:
1. Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). Attachment size of photos and/or video must be under 10MB.
2. Once we have determined and confirmed based on the information provided to us by you, that the product is faulty; we will then begin or Refund process
3. The Return Shipping cost will be refunded once received by us. For example: if the return shipping fee is $10 USD, we will refund the same amount of $10 USD to the customer along with the original cost of the item
4. HOWEVER, If once received, our technical team determines the item is working or performing as expected; we will not compensate the return shipping fee
5. Refund requests for a return shipping fee without a valid RMA will not be accepted
6. Product returns must be via one of our approved shipping methods; our customer support team will provide you with further details once RMA authorization is approved and sent to you.
Happy Trends Outlet reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

How will my Refund be distributed?
In the case of a Refund, customer will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, minus original shipping costs. You may use the following only as an example:
Original Purchase: $20 item + $2 tax + $3 shipping = $25 Total Amount
Refund Amount: $20 item + $2 Tax Shipping + (-$3 shipping) = $22.00 will be refunded to Customer.
Please be aware that the product must be return in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, and unused.
We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used, broken or with damaged original packaging box.
If the item(s) is still on transit; we cannot provide any refunds until the item arrives in our possession.
