What is Processing Time?
Processing time is the time it will take between the moment we receive your order until the time the package is shipped. This is usually between 2-4 business days but usually during high season we can see delays on the processing time due to the high volume of orders, but it will not exceed 6 business days.  
Important Note: Note: A business day is considered every official workday of the week. These are the days between and including Monday through Friday, and do not include public holidays or weekends.

How long does it take for an order to arrive? 
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 2-3 business weeks for United States. Please note; some orders may be delivered sooner depending on product availability and carrier processing speeds. Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 4 business weeks or longer, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place.
Important Note: Due to various circumstances, e.g. delays from shipping company, weather conditions during the transit, delivery location, and other situations out of our control; we cannot provide an expected delivery date.

How can I cancel the order is just placed?
Customers can ONLY cancel their order(s) within 24 hours of ordering the product(s) online. Our order processing timeframe is 2-4 business days. Once the order has been processed and awaiting shipment / dispatched; the order CANNOT BE CANCELLED, CHANGED, or REFUNDED. Upon receipt of the package, you may contact us for order Return instructions. Please note our Refund Policy comes into effect.

To cancel an order placed within 24 hours, please send us an email support@happytrendsoutlet.com with "Cancel Order" in the subject line. To expedite this process, send us the Order # as well.

I placed my order, why haven't I received any order or shipping confirmations?
Our system generates confirmation notifications and they are sent to you automatically. One of the most common reasons that you are not receiving notifications is; you may have entered the incorrect email address throughout your checkout process. If this is the case, our system cannot send the proper order notifications to you. But no worries, if you think you made an error in your email address, contact us and we will happily fix it.

My tracking number is available, but the tracking information is not getting updates or being updated online; has my package shipped? 
This is completely normal. If you have received a tracking number, this means the package has been shipped and is in transit. When the package is in transit to your country the tracking information will not show any more tracking updates until the package arrives to your country.  
  
Why are you shipping from overseas if you are a US company?  
Due to the high cost of keeping a large inventory in US, we decided to keep all inventory in overseas distribution warehouses throughout Europe and Asia. By doing this, it enables us to pass the savings onto our customers. This also allows us to ship worldwide.

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we ship worldwide. 
  
What is Secure Shipping with Tracking? 
This option Guarantees that your package is insured against loss, damage or missing contents during shipping. To ensure that you are fully protected, we highly recommend that you add Secure Shipping with Tracking to your order.
Secure Shipping with Tracking does NOT cover lost / stolen packages that have/had been already delivered as reflected on the carrier's tracking site.
Important Note: some of our products require the Secure Shipping with Tracking and our system automatically adds this option at checkout. 

How do I track my package? 
You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the following link: Order Status. You can also reach out to our customer support team by emailing us: support@happytrendsoutlet.com at any time. 
  
Why is my tracking information not available yet? 
In most of the cases after the package leaves our warehouse it will go into ground transportation all the way to the distribution center, during this period the tracking information will not show any updates, usually this could take between 3-6 business days after the order is shipped.
You can also check the status of your order by using our "Track My Order" option located at the top right corner of any page in our website (please follow the displayed instructions on how to track your order).
